It depends on your household. Busy families often choose weekly or monthly visits, while others prefer bi-yearly or yearly resets. We’ll help you find the right rhythm.
How much does it cost?
Simply Maintained is billed hourly, with no packages or contracts. We’ll share our rate when you book
How is this different from hiring a cleaner?
Cleaners focus on cleaning. We focus on organization, function, and managing your belongings. Because we created your systems, we can keep them working the way they were designed, and we declutter as we go.
Do I need to be home during a maintenance visit?
Yes. Since decluttering is part of every visit, you’ll need to be on-site for decisions about your belongings, but you can be as hands-on or hands-off as you like.
What if my space has gotten really out of hand?
That’s okay. It happens. If a space needs significant reorganizing, we’ll treat it as a new project under its original service, then get you back on a maintenance schedule.
